About Us

Telecom Operators’ Association is an association through collaboration for representation to Government, Regulatory, Policy Making Institutions, Business Associations & Economic forums . The Association is restricted to Cellular Mobile Operators (CMO), Long Distance International (LDI) Operators, Wireless Local loop Operators (WLL), and Local loop Operators (LL) (Fixed Line) who have Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA) license to operate in Pakistan. New members from CMOs, or Fixed Line or a new category can only be added with unanimous approval of the founding members as per the bylaws of the Association.
VISION

To highlight and represent Telecom Industry issues, challenges and opportunities related to policies and regulations to the government, legal and regulatory institutions, customers, media and other relevant forums and seek enabling solutions for investment and growth of the Telecom Industry and to add value to national economy in best possible way. Additionally, to promote digital inclusion and enablement in Pakistan.
